21-Day Fast (August 16 – September 5)
Below are 21 prayer points (one for each day) you can use during this season of prayer and fasting to unite your prayers with those of the Living Word pastors, staff, volunteers and church body.
These points all revolve around one important theme – “Lord, make room for what you are doing!”
We’re sure you’ve noticed the growth taking place here at Living Word. In preparing for what comes next, we’ve noticed three key areas of growth that will soon require additional space for the ministries to continue to grow.

Before any decisions are made, we want to pray to ensure we stay aligned to God’s plans and His will for our church and ministries. Let’s all join together to pray these prayer points over the church for the next 21 days.

Vision
Ask God to give us clarity about the spaces He wants to create and how He wants to use them.

Youth Ministry
Pray for an expanded youth space for our growing youth service where students feel welcomed, safe, valued, discipled, and challenged to follow Jesus.

Youth Leaders
Pray for more spirit-filled volunteers, mentors and leaders who will pour into the next generations.

Youth Encounter
Pray that young people will encounter the presence of God and discover their identity and calling in Christ.

Youth Discipleship
Pray that students won’t merely attend church but become lifelong disciples of Jesus.

Pray for parents, grandparents, and church leaders to unite in raising up a generation that knows God.

Pray for a dedicated environment where people can grow deep in scripture, prayer, worship and obedience.

Pray that people at Living Word will hunger and thirst for the Word, walk in their calling and embrace more of God’s presence in their lives.

Groups
Pray for healthy grow groups, Bible studies, mentoring relationships and spiritual friendships to flourish.

Pray for disciples who will become disciple-makers and godly leaders who reproduce themselves spiritually.

Gifts of the Spirit
Pray for the Holy Spirit to equip believer and that spiritual gifts will function in healthy, biblical ways.

Pray that every space created at Living Word would become an environment saturated with prayer and God’s presence.
