Lead Pastor
Pastor Brad Davis has served as the Lead Pastor of Living Word Church since September 2021. With more than 30 years of pastoral and ministry experience, he leads with a passion for seeing lives transformed by the Gospel and helping people of every generation grow in their relationship with Jesus. His preaching and teaching are marked by a love for God’s Word, contagious joy, and a desire to help people walk faithfully through every season of life.
Pastor Brad earned two ministry degrees from Southwestern Christian University and completed his Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Oral Roberts University. He began his ministry career as an intern at Northwest Christian Center in Oklahoma before serving as Youth Pastor at West Columbia Pentecostal Holiness Church in South Carolina, where he later became Senior Pastor and served for more than 18 years. In 2013, he returned to Southwestern Christian University, serving for eight years as Vice President of Student Services.
Throughout his ministry, Pastor Brad has spoken at churches and youth camps, led mission trips, co-founded Midlands Youth Net, and served in leadership at both the conference and denominational levels. He currently serves on the Strategic Advisory Council of the Cornerstone Conference.
Pastor Brad is married to Whitney, and together they have five children and are proud grandparents. Outside of ministry, he is an avid LSU Tigers fan, loves his dog, Roux, and would gladly spend more time hunting and fishing if someone would take him!

Robyn Queen has been part of the Living Word Church family since 1979 and faithfully serves as our Worship Choir Leader. With more than 50 years of musical experience, she brings a deep love for worship and a heart for helping others experience the presence of God through music.
A graduate of Emmanuel College and Radford College with degrees in Music and Education, Robyn has been married to her husband, Michael, since 1979. They have two sons, Joshua and Daniel, a daughter-
in-law, Jennifer, and three grandchildren, Maggie Lynn, Lily Jane, and Judson Michael. Robyn’s many years of faithful service continue to be a blessing to Living Word and beyond.

A graduate of Emmanuel University, Payton taught middle school for three years before stepping into full-time ministry. He is passionate about helping students build a real, lasting faith and creating a place where they feel known, valued, and connected. Together, Payton and Tori love partnering with families and investing in the next generation.

Max, and his wife, Katelyn, serve at Living Word Church, where Max is the Children’s Ministry Director. Max is passionate about creating a safe, spiritual, engaging, and loving environment for all kids to receive the good news of Jesus! Max earned his degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and completed his student teaching at Maiden Elementary. Max grew up in the classroom, surrounded by a family of teachers. Max has been working with kids since he was 16 babysitting, tutoring, working in Summer camps, Afterschool / Beforeschool programs, Serving in children’s / youth ministry, and teaching Pre-K & 3-4 years olds for a year before stepping into his role as Children’s Ministry Director in August of 2024. Max and Katelyn welcomed their first baby boy Charlie on March 19th 2026!! They also have four dogs Chief, Nash, Maizie, and Coco!

Andrea has been part of the Living Word Church staff since 2007, first serving as Finance Secretary before stepping into a full-time administrative role in 2009. Prior to joining the church staff, she spent 17 years in banking, including 14 years in Global Corporate Banking as an Operations Manager.
Andrea is passionate about serving the church with excellence and is known for her strong faith, attention to detail, and ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. With a heart for Living Word Church and a deep love for Jesus, she strives to cultivate worship environments that point people toward Christ and encourage spiritual growth. Laurie believes worship is more than music; it is a lifestyle of surrender, gratitude, and devotion to God.
For over 25 years, Laurie has shared life and ministry with the love of her life, Jeremy, building a Christ-centered marriage that reflects faith, commitment, and grace. Together, they are raising three beautiful daughters who are their greatest joys and reminders of God’s goodness. Whether serving on the platform, mentoring others, or pouring into her family, Laurie is driven by a desire to glorify God and help people discover the power and freedom found in worship. Her life and ministry reflect a simple but profound mission: to love God deeply, serve others faithfully, and lead with humility and purpose.
